What we do

Two service lines, one team. Bring us in for the whole event, or for the part you need.

Corporate events and travel

These are examples of what we can provide, not a complete list. If you need something else, just ask.

  • Venue and hotel sourcing, negotiation and contracting
  • Registration and participant management in one master list
  • Group travel booking, arrival and departure transfers

  • Supplier coordination: hotels, transport, catering, AV, interpreters and more
  • Budget planning, cost tracking and supplier reconciliation
  • On-site operations, attendance and last-minute changes

Typical events: company conferences, leadership forums, offsites, training programmes and international meetings.

Accessibility and inclusion

We make sure everyone can take full part, whether access is one part of a corporate event or the purpose of the whole gathering.

How we work

The same clear method for a small team offsite and a large international forum, so everyone knows who owns what.

  1. Discover

We learn the goals, the audience, the numbers, the budget and the moments that matter most.

  2. Design

We turn the brief into a plan: venue, suppliers, travel, timeline, budget and access, each with a clear owner.

  3. Deliver

We run registration, bookings and suppliers, then manage the event on site and online.

  4. Review

We reconcile suppliers and budget, gather feedback and carry the lessons into your next event.

Work with us on a single event, on a retainer, or as ongoing advisers.

Who we work with

From corporate boardrooms to international forums, we create events where everyone belongs.

  • Companies

Conferences, leadership meetings, offsites and training, with travel, hotels and catering handled for you.

  • Event organisers and agencies

Experienced extra hands for logistics, or specialist support on access when a client asks for it.

  • Brands

Audience events that feel thoughtful before, during and after the moment.

  • Institutions and public-sector teams

Events and supplier coordination that meet public standards for quality and access.

  • NGOs and international organisations

Complex multi-country events, including events organised by and for disabled people.

Why one team for logistics and access

Logistics and accessibility are often handled by different people. We do both in the same plan, which reduces risk and builds trust with your participants.

One plan, one budget
Travel, rooms, meals and support needs sit in one participant list, so nothing falls between suppliers.
Seamless, single-touch coordination
Every schedule change or accessibility requirement automatically synchronises across all vendors, accommodations and budgets, eliminating miscommunications and keeping your event on track.
Fewer last-minute crises
Requirements are known early, so suppliers are briefed and booked in time.
Higher participation
People attend when they can trust the event will work for them.

What partners say

She never treated [accessibility] as an adjustment made after an event was planned, but as a condition built into the design from the first decision.

Jose Maria Viera, Executive DirectorInternational Disability Alliance, Geneva
  • Throughout our collaboration, Ms. Jocic consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, precision, and care. She worked to ensure that our events and travel arrangements were fully inclusive and accessible, and she regularly went beyond what was expected to raise the standard of accessibility in the logistics she managed. Her ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, solve problems on the ground, and coordinate complex, multi-country logistics made a real difference to the success of our joint work.

Jahda Abou Khalil, General DirectorArab Organization of Persons with Disabilities, Beirut
  • Her proactive approach helped identify potential accessibility barriers in advance and ensure that appropriate solutions were in place before participants arrived.

Ahmad Tayyem, Assistant Director of SalesMövenpick Hotel Amman
  • Based on our experience, we are pleased to recommend Dragana for accessible and inclusive event logistics, event management, and consultancy assignments. We greatly value our collaboration with her and hope to have further opportunities to work together.
